कुल्फी प्रिमिक्स बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• २ कप मिल्क पावडर
• १ कप पिठीसाखर
• १/४ कप किंवा ४ मोठे चमचे कॉर्न फ्लोअर
• १/४ चमचा C.M.C. पावडर
• १/२ लिटर फुल फॅट किंवा फुल क्रीम दूध
• काही केशराच्या काड्या
• बदामाचे काप
• काजूचे बारीक तुकडे
• पिस्त्याचे काप
• १/४ कप दूध
• वेलची पूड

Kulfi premix is a very easy and simple recipe. You can make not only kulfi but also basundi, rabdi, shahi tukda, kheer using this premix. Today we also will be making kulfi using this premix. Kids love kulfi. This is malai kulfi premix. This is a base from which you can make your favourite kulfi. Itturns out nice, gets fantastic color and sets perfectly. It tastes just awesome. We already have seen few ice cream and kulfi recipes. This is another delicious addition to the list. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Ingredients:
• 2 cups Milk powder
• 1 cup powdered Sugar
• 1/4 cup or 4 tbsp Corn flour
• 1/4 tsp C.M.C. powder
• 1/2 liter full fat or full cream Milk
• Few Saffron strands
• Almond slices
• Crushed Cashew nuts
• Pistachios slices
• 1/4 cup Milk
• Cardamom powder

Method:
• Take milk powder in a bowl and add powdered sugar, corn flour, C.M.C. powder.
• C.M.C. powder helps to get that perfect texture and consistency to kulfi. It helps to avoid formation of ice crystals in kulfi.
• You can use arrowroot powder in place of corn flour if you want to have kulfi for fasting.
• Mix everything well together. Kulfi premix is all ready.
• You can store it in an airtight container.
• For making keshar dry fruit kulfi heat up milk in a pan and saffron, almonds, cashew nuts,
 pistachios. Bring it to boil.
• Mix 1/2 cup kulfi premix in 1/4 cup cold milk to make slurry.
• Add the slurry into boiling milk and mix well.
• Cook the mixture for about 4-5 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and add cardamom powder.
• Mix well and let the mixture cool down completely.
• Fill the mixture into reusable cups and transfer them into ice tray.
• You can use kulfi molds in place of cups.
• You can make around 9-10 kulfis of the size of the cup from the used proportion.
• Transfer the tray into freezer for about an hour or two.
• When kulfi is semi frozen take the tray out and insert the stick in each cup.
• Again transfer the tray into freezer to set for about 6-7 hours or overnight.
• Take the tray out and kulfi is all ready.
• Before taking the kulfi out of the cup keep the cup at room temperature for just 5 minutes.
