How to quickly check if you PLA filament is wet

This is a quick tip to check PLA based, filaments (and maybe others) for elevated moisture.
Brittleness can be the first indicator of issue so I check every time i switch filaments.

If you are getting a lot of strings or other issues printing, check for brittleness first.
