[PoE] Starter build Inquisitor Righteous Fire, 1-2 div budget

I am going to start
I am going to start Blast from the Past event with this Inquisitor Righteous Fire + Fire Trap, it's very easy to start (day 1-2 setup in video and POB), using 2 cheap uniques (not mandatory, so can be done on SSF too), other gear just rare with life/res/dex, no base jewels, no cluster jewels, no expensive gems (buy all from vendor and lvl up them to 20, then vendor recipe for 20% quality).
It has pretty good defenses for that low budget: 4.2k life, 950 ES, 1.5k life regen, 1.5k ES regen, 43k armour, 81/79/79 ele res, immune to chill and freeze (from life flask).
With higher budget can use Aegis Aurora or Surrender shield (for high block use Tempest Shield instead of Herald of Ash and take Glancing Blows in tree). Or 2 sceptres for more dps, possible to get up to 5-10M DPS on RF and 10-20M on Fire Trap.
