How to Get in and out of Dogtown Before Phantom Liberty | Cyberpunk 2077 2.11

Vendors and gigs aren’t available until you start Phantom Liberty, but there is still quite a bit that can be done before beginning the DLC. You can collect a number of iconic weapons, fight the voodoo boys, fix the robot, find all the tarot, and collect lots of loot. Any relic points you collect can be used the first time you meet Songbird.

Note this was done with version 2.11. Future updates are likely to include new barriers to doing it this way.
