This is a less than 5 minute fix to repair a ge top load front access washer that won't spin and makes a buzzing noise.  Super simple -- IF you can't get it working by cleaning the tube,  first try blowing out the pressure box with compressed air (the one you clean a computer keyboard with) the tube of the can air fits perfectly inside the hole. OR the load size sensor may be at fault, it is a inexpensive part, the part number on mine is WH12X10065, 3 wire  -- here is a general google shopping search for load size switch  verify your part number before purchasing, there are 3 different ones, super size, second rinse and standard  https://www.google.com/search?q=ge+lo...

#1 remove the pressure tube, puff air in it.,  if it clicks it usually is good, you can test this on the fill cycle, if you blow into it and hold the pressure and the water stops the switch is good.
#2 bad tube/cracked on ends, crappy box of old goop.  this could be the cause, the old detergent breakdown and lint could be clogging the water fill holes at the bottom of the box, this will not allow the box to generate pressure to turn the water off or engage the spin cycle.  use Compressed air and blow out the box.
#3 the load size sensor switch could be at fault, see the shopping link above for parts and prices. check your part numbers first. there are 3 different ones.

and finally re connect the tube, do not leave it off or the washer wont stop filling and you will have a mess on your hands...

Hope this helps!
