Stir-fried Brussel Sprouts with Bacon/培根甘蓝

Ingredients:
500g Brussel sprouts
1/4 cup bacon bits
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vegetable oil
4 cups boiling water

Directions:
Trim the bottoms of the brussels sprouts. Cut them in half for smaller ones or quarters for large ones. Discard the outer layer. Rinse the brussel sprouts.
Mince the garlic.
Add 1tsp salt and 1tsp oil to the boiling water, stir, and then add the brussel sprouts. After the water boils again, cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain the brussel sprouts.
Heat the oil in a skillet or wok, add garlic, stir until aroma arises, then add bacon bits. When the bacon bits are heated through (about 1 minute), add brussels sprouts. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Serve hot.  

材料:
培根甘蓝
500g甘蓝
1/4杯培根碎
2瓣大蒜,切碎
1小匙盐
2小匙油
4杯开水

做法:
甘蓝的底部切掉,最外面一层叶子去掉。切成两半,如果甘蓝很大就切成四半。冲洗干净。
将大蒜切碎。
在沸水中加入1小匙盐和1小匙油,搅拌一下,然后加入甘蓝。水再次沸腾后,煮3分钟。滤干水。
炒锅中加1小匙油,加入大蒜,翻炒几下。大蒜香气出来时加入培根碎,继续翻炒直到培根炒热,约1分钟。加入甘蓝,翻炒炒2分钟。趁热吃。
