Fresh green avocado and savory pink salted Pollack roe, what a lovely color combination it is. Today, I’m going to introduce Avocado Salted Pollack Roe Rice to you! It’s super easy to make with only few ingredients, but you can taste very deep and rich flavor. Let’s get started to make simple but wonderful rice bowl together!


[INGREDIENTS] - 2 servings -

1 Avocado, 2 pieces Salted Pollack roe, 8 Garlic cloves, 1 handful Baby leaves, 2 bowls Steamed rice, 2 tablespoons Sesame oil, Some Crushed red pepper(or pepper), Some Sesame



1. Slice garlics, bath in water for few mins, drain and remove the moist. Rinse sprouts and remove the moist.

2. Slit salted Pollack in half long way, and scrape out the roe only.

3. Cut avocado lengthwise in half until you feel the knife hit the pit. Grab each side and twist to open. Remove pit and peel. Slice avocado evenly, arrange in a row and make a circular shape.

4. Add oil in a pan, heat the pan to 160℃, and fry sliced garlic until golden brown on the outside.


5. Scoop a rice in a bowl, place sprouts-avocado-salted Pollack in order. Sprinkle over garlic chips, sesame oil, black pepper and sesame.
