Correction..
Its not anise seeds (gro lani), it is cumin seeds (ti lani)

Our Mauritian Biryani is different to Indian Biryani. I've tried Biryani few places in India, but I still love my homemade briani.If you are from India, try to make this recipe and let me know.
I also include the original spices that make the Biryani Spices in case the latter is not available.
This is my personal recipe, and may not be the same to other Mauritian Biryani on Youtube.
