Spam mayo kimchi deopbap (Stir-fried spam and kimchi with mayo and rice)

[Ingredients]

2 eggs
1/3 can (66g) of Spam
1/2 cup (65g) sour kimchi
3 tbsp (21g) cooking oil
1 bowl (200g) of rice
1/3 tbsp (4g) brown sugar
about 1/3 tbsp (3g) dark soy sauce
Scallions
Mayo

[Directions]

1. Cut the Spam into cubes and chop kimchi with scissors.
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and chop the scallion finely.
3. Scoop the rice into a bowl in advance.
4. Add cooking oil to the pan and make scrambled eggs. Place the scrambled eggs around the rice.
5. Add a little bit of cooking oil to the pan, fry the Spam, and place inside the scrambled eggs.
6. Fry the kimchi, sugar, and dark soy sauce in the remaining oil, and put it on top of the Spam.
7. Drizzle the mayonnaise and finish by topping with the chopped scallion.
