In this video, I’ll share with you a possible reason why you may be unable to start your KYC application in the Pi Browser, and what you can do to fix it and finally complete your KYC verification in Pi Network.

As the Pi Network Core Team announced on Pi Day 2023, KYC should now be available to all users. However, it seemed like some users still were unable to start their KYC application.
But then a comment from one of the chat moderators in the Pi Network sub-reddit clarified that issue. Apparently, some Pi Network users' accounts were restricted from KYC, and are now required to complete an additional step to be able to go through the KYC verification process in Pi Network.
