Today, I made Bibim Noodles by kimchi. It's really sweet and spicy. I made it with bibim noodles by adding kimchi soup to the broth of cold noodles. In the coming summer, enjoy Kimchi Bibim Noodles simply and deliciously. ^^

ingredients / 1 cup of hot radish kimchi (based on paper cup), 1 cup of kimchi, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons green plum syrup, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 200 grams of noodles, cucumber

1. Shred cucumber for garnish.
2. Sliced kimchi and hot radish kimchi.
3. Mix the seasoning ingredients (one tablespoon of red pepper paste, two tablespoons of sugar, two tablespoons of green plum syrup, one tablespoon of red pepper powder, one tablespoon of soy sauce and two tablespoons of sesame oil) in the sliced kimchi.
4. Boil the noodles in boiling water. When the bubble starts to boil, add 1/2 cup of cold water 2 to 3 times and cook more. (I used a small pot to add cold water three times.)
5. Rinse boiled noodles in cold water like laundry to remove starchiness.
6. Put enough sesame seeds in the kimchi seasoning sauce and mix the noodles evenly.
7. I made a bowl of water Bibim Noodles with kimchi soup in two large bowl of cold noodles.
8. Place cucumber and boiled egg in garnish and it is complete.~
9. I had grilled pork belly. The meat and noodles are perfect.
