One of the various free
One of the various free camping opportunities available in Western North Carolina. Part of the Nantahala National Forest. Very secluded and beautiful as well. There are approximately 10 or 12 camping spots that have fire rings, picnic tables, and lantern stands as well as a tent pad bordered by railroad ties.
Most of the information on the entrance board is quite outdated. 2010 or so. Probably doesn't get much attention and upkeep but it was a nice campground nonetheless.
