Solution to (Reduced Engine power) message

This is the solution for the problem regarding the message "Reduced Engine Power" related to the OBD2 code P2138. If you have any other code this solution might not be the fix to your problem. This work for the 04-08 Pontiac Grand Prix but since pretty much all the gm vehicles matching theses years have the same electronic system it must be the same solution.
