Simple Fondant Circle Ruffle Tutorial for Cakes - Part 1 | Karolyn's Kakes

This is an easy ruffle tutorial that yields a pretty result!  I suggest only doing them in buttercream cakes. If you do them on fondant cakes, you'll have to cut off the tail and use chocolate to glue them to the side.  And I'm so sorry for all the "UM's", clearly I need to get better at speaking in front of the camera!
