We recommend that you wash your hands first.

Step 1
Place palms at temples, push up slightly, do mouth "O" 10 times.

Step 2
Place your fist under your chin. Open your mouth. Hold for 10 seconds. Do 3 rounds.

Step 3
Place your palms at your collarbone, stretch your neck, look up, smile and hold for 20 seconds.

Step 4
Lift your neck up and run your hand from your chin to your neck for 20 seconds.

Step 5
Touch your tongue to the ceiling above, open your mouth and hold it for 20 seconds.

Step 6
Smile with your teeth showing. Use your index finger to push the corners of your mouth up.
Place the tongue on the right upper lip and hold for 5 seconds.
Place tongue on the left upper lip. Hold for 5 seconds.
Do 1 more round.

Step 7
Use your tongue to push your inner cheek and hold for 10 seconds,
then switch to the other side for 10 seconds. Do 1 more round.

Step 8
Hold the mouth of "O" for 20 seconds.

Finished, do it regularly twice sets per day, and check the results for 2 weeks.
