Easy Egg Lababdar Telugu | Egg Lababdar  | Egg Masala Gravy | Egg Lababdar Recipe

Ingredients:

4 hard-boiled eggs

2 tablespoons oil or ghee

1 large onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

2 green chilies, slit lengthwise

2 tomatoes, pureed

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

Salt to taste

1/4 cup fresh cream

Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies to the pan. Cook for a minute until the raw smell disappears.

Add the tomato puree to the pan and cook until the oil separates from the masala.

Reduce the heat to low and add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.

Cut the hard-boiled eggs into halves and add them to the pan, cut side down. Gently coat the eggs with the masala.

Cover the pan and simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the eggs to absorb the flavors of the masala.

Remove the lid and add fresh cream to the pan. Stir gently to combine the cream with the masala.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the gravy thickens slightly.

Sprinkle garam masala over the dish and mix well.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot with rice, naan, or roti.

dhaniya powder (Coriander powder) 1tsp
degi mirch powder (Paprika powder) 3/4tsp
namak (Salt) 1tsp
hara dhaniya (Green coriander) 2tbs
malai (Fresh cream) 2tsp
shakkar (Sugar) 1/2tsp
garam masala (All spice powder) 1/2tsp
kasuri methi (Dry fenugreek leaves)1tsp
anday (Eggs) 4
hari mirch (Green chilli) 4
