How to complaint to cybercrime Wing – Cyber crime ko complaint kesey krain
If any one has hacked your any account either facebook, Instagram, Gmail account, Bank Account, Easy Paisa Account, jazz cash etc and grabbed or withdrew money, or sent you Messages pertaining to Lucky draw, Benazi Income program, Ehsan Cash Program, Support, Bol Scheme etc) and got transferred any amount from your account through (Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash, Easypaisa etc). This is a cyber crime. Even if any one has extended Threats for any dire consequences through facebook, whatsapp, Instagram, Youtube etc. This is also a cyber crime. Use of abusive languages and defamatory, hateful words against anyone using facebook, whatsapp, Instagram etc, is also a cyber crime. So, how to you report to Cyber Crime Wing and what is the procedure of complaining to Cyber Crime Wing. See this video till end.
FIA (Federal Investigation Agency) has many wings like anti human trafficking and smuggling wing, counter terrorism wing, law wing technical wing, immigration wing etc including cyber crime wing. any person who is aggrieved of the cyber crime offence must report to the cyber crime wing and it would be very difficult for the accused to escape from the hands of FIA
The process for lodging a complaint to Cyber Crime Wing, FIA is not so much difficult.
Firstly, Collect all the evidences (Screen short of photo or defamatory messages, URL, funds transferred proof of Jazz cash, easypaisa, bank account etc)
Secondly, Write Application. If you don’t know how to write application, search in the channel “seekh laitay hain”.
Thirdly, Write an Affidavit also. (may be typed on Stamp paper worth Rs. 50/-)
There are three ways, you can submit your complaint to the Cyber Crime wing of FIA.
No.1. Submit your application, affidavit and docs by hand or by Post to relevant circle. If you don’t know what is your relevant circle, search in the channel “seekh laitay hain”.
Cyber Crime can also be reported online
No. 2. Fill in Online form available on website through complaint.fia.gov.pk
No. 3. Email your complaint along with relevant docs to address [email protected]
