Koh Samui: A Long Walk on Lamai Beach

Lamai Beach is located on Koh Samui Island, Thailand. We spend our first night at 'Chaweng Beach' which is located about 20 minutes north. We found the we enjoyed 'Lamai Beach' much more. Chaweng tends to have more traffic, and the beach is rather long. Lamai offers the same nightlife and other things that you would expect, but has a more 'village' feel to it. Most people I talked to tend to agree...
