Ingredients:

500 grams Mutton
2 tbsp Nihari Masala (Shan Nihari masala)
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 cup onion chopped
1/4 cup coriander chopped
Salt to taste

Method:

In a pressure cooker add 2 tbsp of oil & ginger garlic paste give it a mix
Add mutton pieces, Shan Nihari masala, red chilli powder, salt, water & cook for 2 whistles
Mix wheat flour with water and make it slurry mix with the mutton cook 1 whistle
Garnish with chopped onion & coriander
