How to make Guajillo Sauce or CHILE COLORADO RECIPE

Homemade Guajillo Sauce also known as Chile colorado salsa. This Mexican sauce is used to make chilaquiles, enchiladas, pozole, menudo, tamales, pork, and many other traditional Mexican cuisines. It can be done with mirasol chile or guajillo. mirasol is usually a little spicier.
INGREDIENTS
2 Garlic Cloves
2 1/2 cups of water *Add water to achieve the desired consistency.
1/2 tsp of Cumin
1 tsp of Oregano
4 oz of Chili Guajillo
Salt
