This guided mindfulness meditation is about focusing on a bright future - specifically, YOUR bright future! I want you to look into the future with positivity and hope. We can use meditation and mindfulness to be present, calm, and at peace with everything around us. Embrace healing as you find joy and gratitude in the opportunity of the present. Release anxiety, worry, and fear as you let your mind view a relaxing and soothing future for you with radiant light illuminating your path!  

This is a wonderful session for any morning, day, or night. It can even help to calm you before you sleep. The meditation session is 9 minutes long, followed by 3 minutes of ambient music soundtrack to make for a total of 12 minutes. Find a state of calm, zen, and peace for this mindfulness meditation session and enjoy!
