Broken and Very Rusted Mill Restoration

This is a Corn Milling Machine type Avimat.
This machine is used to break corn grains.
I found this machine at flea market, it cost me 15 euro.
As you can see is still in a good condition but you need lot of force to mill, i see some machine like this with a engine.
This restoration took me about 5 days and i try to show you only the best parts, behind the scenes was lots of work.

05:27  removing rust with MC-51 Rust remover
07:37  grinding all the parts to remove rest of paint
08:35  start repairing the missing metal part

10:14  grinding the soldering
12:02  apply body filler
13:45  apply primer
15:00  apply blue paint hammerite
15:36  making all the letters with white paint hammerite
18:37  making a new handle
21:37  painting the new handle
22:06  start polishing all the bolts and nuts
22:44  reassembly the handle
23:47  start reassembly the milling machine
