Desh Ka Mood Meter with Ranjit Kumar | National Conference (NC) leader Omar Abdullah on Wednesday attacked the Centre for inviting foreign diplomats to observe the ongoing assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir and said the elections are India's internal matter and "we don't need their certificates." Voting took place in 26 constituencies in six districts of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday.
