Solar Watches Vs Automatic Watches

Fact, no matter how expensive the automatic, a quartz  watch whether solar or not, whether el cheapo or mega expensive will keep better time than any automatic. But where does an automatic watch rule? Sub zero temperatures and outer space and probably if you are an underground miner or submariner, or simply work where you don't see sunlight all day and or the artificial lights are not adequate to charge a solar watch. I'm sure there are plenty of more scenarios to list here.
