In this video , I will show you how to clean , wash and soak chillies to make curry chillies pickle.
the process is as follows :
● clean chillies
● wash chillies
● dry the water out
● soak the chillies in vinegar and salt
● remove the chillies and then dry it out on paper.
● add pickle masala
● add mix masala
● add oil
●mix well and leave it for 3 days
