هاد الكيكة سان سيباستيان هي في الأصل اسبانية وقديمة ولكن اشتهرت قبل فترة شهرة غريبة في تركيا بعد اضافة لمية صوص الشكولاتة. دابا كل المحلات الراقية كتعملا. ومكاينش اللي معجباتوش

مقادير سان ساباستيان تشيز كيك
500غ جبن كريمي مثل كيري او فلادلفيا
4 بيضات
170 g سكر
2 ملعقة كبيرة طحين
1 م كبيرة نشا (يمكن تعويضها دقيق)
250ml كريمة طبخ
1 ملعقة كبيرة فانيلا
1 م ك عصير الحامض
حرارة الفرن 200c نخليها 40 دقيقة.
الوجه ديال الكيكة لازم يحترق هي هاي فيكتها يصير طعمها عبالك كرميل
بالصحة والراحة 😋

This cake is original from spain .but got extremely popular in turckey a while back by adding hte shoclate sauce on top of it. And now all the fancy restaurants are serving it
I made it for you in an easy way that will never fail
It's really nice to take with you if you're invited to a gathering
Ingredients:
500g Cream Cheese, like Kiri or Philadelphia Cheese
4 Eggs
170g Sugar
2 Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp corne flour (optional you can use flour )
250ml Cooking Cream
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 Tbls lemen juice
Bake it for 45 minutes at 210 Celsius
The surface needs to burn, this is the point, so it tastes like caramel

A simple cheesecake that is the opposite of what you would imagine the perfect cheesecake to be.
Overly dark on the top, no biscuit or sponge base, and without the use of a water bath in the baking process. It's as simple as a cheesecake could get.
I had a small obsession with this cake ever since I laid eyes on it. Visually it stole my heart, and although I have never tasted the original slice of this cake from Basque, I have tried my best to recreate what I imagine it to be and this is my take on that cake.
