This video explains the problems with Ring Doorbell battery life and Ring Doorbell 2 battery life.  Ring advertises a 6 to 12-month battery lifespan for their doorbells, our real-world testing shows this is really much shorter.

After several weeks of use our Ring Doorbell stopped working, 4.5 months short of the advertised 6-month, so ToolNerds.com contacted Ring about the issues with the doorbell battery and asked why our device was failing after 1.5 months of use.

The response was shocking and borderline fraudulent!
