How to freeze parsley

Do you want fresh parsley on hand all the time? Well, really the only way to do that is to grow it or use it right after buying it. But freezing parsley is the next best thing! Because it isn't dried all the moisture and nutrients are kept sealed in the herb. Taking it straight from the freezer to add to your pasta or rice while cooking turns out just the same as if it was just picked from the garden.
