Polpettone ripieno al forno

The meatloaf stuffed with zucchini and cheese is a very tasty and intense second course. The preparation is not the simplest but the meatloaf can be made in advance and enjoyed later. It is an ideal complete dish to be enjoyed with a good vegetable side dish.
Ingredients
400g minced meat
2 spoons of Parsley
3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan
4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
200g of courgettes
Black pepper to taste
100g of Emmental
100g of smoked bacon
