Shortcrust pastry
800gr of flour
5 whole eggs
350g of butter
320g of sugar
Cream
1kg of ricotta
900g of sugar
8 whole eggs and 3 yolks
200ml of milk
50g of butter
1 lemon peel
2 sachets of vanillin
20 ml Orange blossom
20ml Millefiori
Cinnamon and candied fruit to taste
