Is it easy to live in China as a Foreigner?

So the question is 'Is it easy to live in China as a foreigner? Well I can only speak about my experience and people I know. When first moved to China it was a little difficult because I couldn't speak a lot of the language and I moved to a small city that didn't have many English speakers and hardly any foreigners. But I knew some people here already so the helped me to adapt. I started learning Chinese on the internet and had some Chinese friends that helped me. I'm no expert by no means but I'm trying.  It can be easier to live in a big city in China rather than a small one if you're a foreigner as you'll have all your home comforts there. But smaller city tend to be much cheaper here and quieter here. If you com to China for the first time, try and taste the authentic local food, make friends with the locals, and just be open minded and kind, treat people the way you would want to be treated.
