200 g sour cream
vanilla sugar
a few tablespoons of milk (if necessary, for the correct consistency of the cream)
100 g sugar

glaze:
3 tbsp sour cream (if sour cream is not greasy - replace a third of it with butter)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cocoa
grated chocolate for cake decorating
