Left Turn: Why We Can't Get into an Intersection and Not Plan to Clear It When the Light Changes

In this video we discuss a common scenario when coming up to an intersection to make a left turn. In this scenario the light changes to yellow as we are entering the intersection. There is also an oncoming vehicle clearing the intersection at the same time. We cover when and how to clear the intersection safely.
