Welcome back to my channel Cooking Class with Zahra Bukhari, where today we're going to make something absolutely delicious using leftover meals! If you've got some vegetables from yesterday's meal, then this pulao recipe is perfect for you.

To start, heat up some oil in a pan and add in a teaspoon of cumin seeds. Let them sizzle for a few seconds before adding in some sliced onions and cooking them until they turn translucent. Next, add in some ginger and garlic paste and cook until fragrant.

Now it's time to add in your leftover vegetables. You can use anything you've got on hand - carrots, peas, beans, or even some leftover chicken. Give everything a good stir and let it cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

Once your veggies are cooked, add in boiled rice and mix well. Make sure the rice is heated through and all the vegetables are evenly distributed. Now it's time to add in some spices. I'm using some turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix everything well and let it cook for a few minutes until the spices are fragrant.

Finally, it's time to add in some water and bring everything to a boil. Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the water has been absorbed and the rice is cooked through.

And there you have it - a delicious pulao made with leftover rice and vegetables! It's a quick and easy recipe.
