Let's make Nakamura Tokiyoshi's Nama-cha jelly together today.
I think I was able to get close with the actual recipe which is jiggly, but if you have any advice, feel free to leave a comment!

You may use any type of Matcha, but this time I used a high quality one with a vibrant green finish.

Indgredients:
500g Nama-cha
5g matcha
60g sugar
12g agar

Key Points:
1) Mix the powders first and then add Nama-cha
2) Do not bring liquid to boil
3) Mix while cooling so that the matcha does not sink. If it is cooled too much, it will not solidify properly.
