LEGO ruined my Christmas. Home Alone Build

*Dad,  I bought this Lego Set before Christmas and my son was so excited to put it together. He had about 11 days to finish it. We were going to set it next to the TV and watch the movie Christmas Eve.  The  Day before Christmas when he was almost done we noticed there were 120 pieces missing from this LEGO set.  120!   he was crushed he could not finish it.  Contacting LEGO they said sorry we will send you the pieces your missing in our own sweet time ( 5 weeks )  He completely lost interest in LEGO after that.  When we finally restarted building it ( IN MARCH ) he was again almost done and we found more pieces missing.  This is a $300 set from LEGO.   $300 and they shipped it out knowing it was missing pieces.   Then they took their sweet time sending the replacements.  Shame on LEGO.  that is all
