In today’s practice, we’ll explore poses for our challenge including a Sun Salutation B series with extended chair pose to get your body moving and engage your body’s natural fat burning capability. You’ll only need a chair for today’s class.

Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body.

This 45 minute yoga practice is day 29 of our 30 day chair yoga journey together. Join us for this fat burning yoga practice that will move your body, sweat & burn calories.

You’ll need a chair for today’s class. We’ll stay seated the entire time.
