How To Change Relationship Status On Facebook
If you want to change your Facebook relationship status, click on your Profile page.
Click on "Update Info."
Scroll down, in the "Basic Info" section, click "Edit."
Find "Relationship Status" and click it.
Choose the relationship status you want to change to.
If you select "In a Relationship" or any other status where it's you and someone else(like Engaged or Married), Facebook pops up a box where you can enter your partner's name.
If you want to change your privacy settings for who can see your relationship status, click the dropdown menu.
Here you choose if the status can be seen by the public, your friends, only you, or you can custom select people to be able to see your relationship status.
You can also select specific lists to see your relationship status.
Once ready, click "Save."
