Hey guys, welcome to DAY 18 of the Summer Shred Challenge 2.0. We have a 20 min INTENSE HIIT WORKOUT for FAT BURN and CARDIO, including warm up ❤

Join me for this super fun HIIT Cardio workout. This workout is going to get you sweating and help you to burn fat. This is a full body workout, so it will help you tone your entire body- upper, lower and abs. You can do this workout at home, no equipment needed! Spot the little seals swimming past during the workout😉

The structure for this workout:
- 10 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
- x2 SETS
- 15s rest between sets
