Recipe 1:
250 g puff pastry.
22 cm / 8.5 inch shape.
Bake at 180 °C / 355 °F for 15-18 minutes.
500 g peaches in syrup.
60g sugar.
15 g corn starch.
120 ml / 4 fl oz water.
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
Allow to cool to room temperature.
250 g puff pastry.
Water.
2 teaspoons of sugar.
Bake at 180 °C / 355 °F for 15-18 minutes.
500 g Greek yoghurt.
200 ml / 6.7 fl oz cream.
200 g condensed milk.
10 g / 0.35 oz agar agar.
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
Allow to cool for 8-10 minutes until it begins to thicken.
Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar for decoration.

Recipe 2:
400 g red fruits.
120 ml / 4 fl oz water (1/2 cup).
60 g sugar (1/4 cup).
10 g / 0.35 oz agar-agar (2 tsp).
Cook over low heat until boiling.
18 cm / 7 inch mold.
300 g strawberries.
100 g / 3.5 oz raspberries.
60 ml / 2 fl oz water (1/4 cup).
60 g sugar (1/4 cup).
15 g corn starch (1 tbsp).
Cook over low heat until thickened.
200 ml / 6.7 fl oz very cold 33% milk cream (4/5 cup).
60 g powdered sugar (1/3 cup).
500 g mascarpone (2 cups).
Keep in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Add the strawberry cream and refrigerate for 1 hour.
30g butter.
60 g sugar (1/4 cup).
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
30 g flour.
Bake at 180 °C / 255 °F for 7-8 minutes.

Icing sugar 45 g / 1.5 oz.
1 pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Very cold butter 150 gr / 5 oz.
1 egg.
27 x 18 cm / 10.5 x 7 inch baking pan.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180 C / 355 F.
Greek Yogurt 500 gr / 17.5 oz.
4 eggs.
33% Cream 200 ml / 6.7 fl oz.
Icing sugar 120 gr / 4 oz.
6 apples.
Bake for 50 minutes at 180 C / 355 F.
