cheap and easy sponge cake, Sponge cake without milk, oil, butter!!
Ingredients:
10 eggs
cake flour: 380 grams
sugar: 330 grams
vanilla: 1 teaspoon
baking powder: 1.1/2 teaspoons
lukewarm water: 2/3 cups
separate the egg whites and yolks. Beat the egg whites on a high speed until it becomes foamy, then leave it in the refrigerator, beat the egg yolks with vanilla and sugar for 5 minutes, in the next step, add lukewarm water to the egg yolks in two stages and beat for another 3 minutes, now add the egg whites.
Add to the yolks, mix the ingredients with a hand mixer, finally, sift the flour and baking powder over the ingredients in several steps and add to it and mix with a hand mixer, grease the pan with butter and sprinkle with flour.billiger und einfacher Biskuitkuchen, Biskuitkuchen ohne Milch, Öl, Butter!!
