A Toshiba DVR560 was sent
A Toshiba DVR560 was sent from South Carolina with the complaint of "Power wont stay on" I did verify the customers issue and ultimately found that one of the infrared photo diode receivers was bad, the machine always thought you were trying to insert a tape.
