You can make white sauce pasta using wheat flour..so noooooo to maida flour... kids healthy pasta.

Tips :

1.Once the pasta is cooked soak it into the water at normal temperature these will prevent pasta from over cooked.
2.Once you strain it add little oil and mix it.  It will help the pasta from not sticking together.
3.instead of wheat you can add maida also for making white sauce.

INGREDIENTS :

Pasta - 1 cup
Sat to taste
Water -2 cups to boil
Oil - 2 tbsp
Oinon - 1
Garlic -2 cloves
Carrot - 1
Boiled corn - 2 tbsp
Green capsicum - 1/2
Butter - 1 tbsp
Wheat flour - 2 to 3 tbsp
Chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
Oregano seasoning - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Milk - 2 cups
