How to change Ford F-150 02 5.4l O2 sensor

Ford F-150 code P0130 02  circuit malfunction sensor 1 bank 1

This is just a video to help fellow forum members change their own 02 sensors on the ford 5.4 3v v8 engine.  Error code p0130 or P0150 or any other 02 sensor code
Bank 1 is the passenger side sensor 1 is before the cat upstream and sensor 2 downstream after the cat
Bank 2 is the same except driver side.  Sensor 1 is upstream / before the cat and sensor 2 is down stream after the CAT.

Could be above codes or P1132  p1133 p1144 p1137 p1138 P0130, P0150 depending on which sensors is throwing the code.

Oxygen sensors are designed to monitor the amount of oxygen that's in your car's exhaust stream, as a marker of efficiency and to confirm the catalytic converters function properly. They sense whether your engine is running an air/fuel mixture that is too rich or too lean by burning a portion of the oxygen as it comes through the exhaust system. That reading is then turned into a voltage signal that is sent back to the engine control computer, which then adjusts fuel metering and timing to maintain an optimum mixture.
