Tamkot award winner village, actual situation

We heard about Tamkot Gram sabha, it won various awards under sarpanch Ranjit singh and we quoted example of Tamkot GS oftenly. Than seat allocated to SC. A common person was selected by village and they still wanted Ranjit singh to guide as block samiti member for which he was supported by village with condition to give chance to new team for village matters but deal broken when Ranjit singh wanted another guy. So tough competition on seat and person supported by Ranjit was defeated by person supported by majority villagers. We were curious to know if Gram sabha is so successful why election with so high ego's from both sides. We got chance to visit village when New team invited us at gram sabha meeting . At village picture was entirely diffrent. You watch video yourself to know ground reality
