This is the very easy way of making DAWAAT SPECIAL NAGPURI CHICKEN BIRYANI by KIRTI MUTKURE.

1kg basmati rice
1½kg chicken
1 bada tamatar (tomato)
5 panch pyaj ko fry Kiya hua baster (fried onion)
pudina Patti (mint leaf)
Hara dhaniya (green coriander)
2 nimbu (lemon)
3tbs Hara dhaniya hari mirch aur padina Pati ka pest (green chilly, coriander, mint leaves paste)
1tsp jeera (c**** seed)
1tsp Sai jeera (careway seed)
8 Hari elaichi (green cardamom)
tej patta (bay leaf)
1 Chakri phool (star NS)
kalmi (cinnamon stick)
6 kali mirch (black paper)
2 lavang (cloves)
1 badi elaichi (black cardamom)
1cup dahi (curd)
Rose essence and kewra essence
1tsp haldi (turmeric)
2 pyaj (onion)
5 hari mirch (green chilly)
2tbs adrak lahsun pest (ginger garlic paste)
2tbs Kashmiri red chilli powder
2tbs red chilli powder (Lal mirch powder)
1tsp haldi (turmeric)
2tbs dhania jeera powder (cumin coriander powder)
1tsp garam masala
1½tbs biryani masala
1tbs kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaf)
some wholesale whole spices for boiling rice
