Take a look at the all new Intamin Lift and Launch coaster, Gold Rush at Drayton Manor Resort. Opening to the public on July 26th, this is yet another new coaster for the UK for 2024, and our first lift and launch coaster with just a 1m height restriction. Drayton Manor have made this ride the focus point of the new Frontier Falls for 2024, with the coaster opening with the Wild West theme. The coaster, featuring 2 trains holds 6 riders per car, with 4 cars per train. It features a unique multi route option, with the train either going over the lift hill, or dropping backwards down around the course. This is a fantastic family roller coaster, with some real high points of force, in particular the backwards drop off the lift hill. The theme is very well excecuted, with indoor and an outdoor queue providing some great views of the ride as well.
