How do you stay warm
How do you stay warm in winter? Fire place? Warm blankets?
We stay warm with a belly full of hot silky noodles, and if you love food especially handmade noodles as much as us, stick with us as we show you some of the best places to warm up and fill up in Auckland!
For our first stop it is the legendary Xi'An Restaurant. Xi'An Food Bar in central Auckland is one of our favourite places to get handmade noodles. We've been going there for years. There are lots of these chains around Auckland now but the best one is located on:

Hours: Monday - Sunday 11:30am–10:30pm
With our first stop out of the way we head into the mid city (more specifically Atrium on Elliot food court) for another one of our favourites. If you enjoy hand pulled noodles then Yong's Hand Pulled Noodles is for you.
Address: 21-25 Elliott St, Auckland, 1010
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am–6pm
Saturday - Sunday 10am–5pm
Our friend Michelle highly recommended this next spot. If you enjoy Japanese Udon then Udon Works is a must visit. This is the first store in New Zealand that specializes in udon noodles and it brings us right back to Japan immediately. Get ready for a bit of a line though, this is a popular spot. Thanks for the great recommendation Miche!

Hours: Monday - Sunday 11:30am–2pm, 5:30–9pm
For our final place we visit a spot that we love going to especially with a group of friends. The atmosphere at GoGo Music Cafe is great as well as the food and of course, the delicious massive plate of chicken and wide handmade noodles.
