Spicy condiment - great for
Spicy condiment - great for sandwiches, as a dipping sauce or add it to soups and stews.
Ingredients:
A bushel of red hot peppers (about 30 lbs/15kg)
4 tablespoons salt
3 tablespoons corriander
1 1/2 tablespoons caraway
20 garlic cloves (crushed)
1/2 cup olive oil
Equipment:
GLOVES --do not try this without gloves--
A meat grinder, manual or electric will do,
knives, garlic crush & a large pot
