Delboy's Garage, Plastic Welding panel lug repair.

Everyone with a japanese bike older than a year will have had a snapped off plastic lug at some point.  They cant just be glued back on as it never holds and will just snap back off again,  they are a natural stress point and need beefing up if they are to remain intact...

Here's how i do mine, once done like this... they never break again.... Enjoy.
